2. Data we process
We may process the information you provide when contacting us: name, email, optional telephone number, enquiry type, message and the minimum technical data needed for the form’s security and operation.
Do not send identity documents, bank details, tax documents, health information or other particularly sensitive data through the form. If these are needed to assess your case, MRC will indicate an appropriate channel.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries and service requests
We process data to read, organise and answer your enquiry, request necessary information and assess a possible service engagement. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps requested by the individual and, where applicable, performance of the professional relationship.
Telephone, email and WhatsApp communications
If you choose one of these channels, we use the information needed to hold the conversation you requested. WhatsApp is accessed through an external link; its provider’s terms and policies apply when you open it.
Security and abuse prevention
We may process limited technical logs to maintain availability, prevent spam and detect unlawful use. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website and communications.
Analytics
Measurement remains disabled until the user accepts it. After acceptance, randomly generated pseudonymous identifiers, pages and navigation actions, visit sources and interaction metrics are recorded. Form field contents are not sent to analytics. The legal basis is consent, which can be withdrawn through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are retained for the time needed to answer them and then for the periods strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or address possible claims. Where a relationship is established, data is retained for its duration and the applicable statutory periods.
The cookie preference is stored for up to twelve months. The analytics identifier is retained for a maximum of 180 days and a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Events are retained only as long as needed for measurement, security and service improvement, under the applicable agreement with the provider.
5. Recipients and providers
We do not sell personal data. Providers acting on MRC’s behalf, such as hosting, form management, email, security and support providers, may access it subject to the relevant obligations. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
This website uses Netlify for hosting, Formspree for technical form reception, and Nat Consulting for analytics and operational summaries. WhatsApp and, only if accepted and configured, Google Analytics are third-party services. Where a provider involves an international transfer, safeguards required by data protection law will apply.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send your request to info@mrcconsultores.com, identifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional identity verification will only be requested when necessary.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Automated decisions
No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects are made from the enquiries received.
8. Changes
This policy will be reviewed when forms, providers, purposes or legal bases change. The update date will appear at the beginning.
