Questions about MRC and its advisory services

Who does MRC Consultores advise?

MRC advises businesses, the self-employed and individuals. Tax, accounting, employment, corporate and international matters are addressed according to the enquiry. You do not need to identify the right department beforehand: start by explaining your situation.

Can I request a one-off consultation?

Yes. You do not need ongoing support to discuss a transaction or a specific tax matter. The initial review defines the question, required information and next steps before agreeing the work.

Is your tax, accounting, employment and corporate advice in Madrid available throughout Spain?

Yes. Our office is in Móstoles, in the Madrid region, and we provide remote support to businesses, the self-employed and individuals throughout Spain. You do not need to be in Madrid to enquire about or engage the agreed services. For cross-border matters, we define the Spanish work and identify whether advice in another country is also needed.

How do you coordinate tax, accounting, employment and corporate advice?

Your main contact understands the case and coordinates the relevant areas. This connects matters such as hiring and corporate transactions that can affect more than one discipline. The work included is agreed in the engagement.

What happens if my enquiry involves more than one country?

The international area reviews Spanish tax issues relating to residence, moves, income and assets. Any need to assess another country’s rules is identified when defining the work. An enquiry does not automatically cover every jurisdiction involved.

What do you need to assess an enquiry and prepare a proposal?

A short explanation, relevant dates and the support you need are enough to begin the conversation. MRC then identifies the documents and scope required. Do not send identity, banking or tax documents through the initial form.
